Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a method of communication and personal development that focuses on the relationship between language, behaviour, and the mind. It involves techniques and strategies for changing patterns of thought and behaviour to achieve specific goals.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy approach that has been proven effective in treating trauma and other mental health conditions. It involves a series of guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help process traumatic memories and reduce their impact on daily life.

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is a type of therapy that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviours to improve mental health.

The Swish pattern is a technique used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help individuals overcome negative thought patterns and behaviours. It involves visualizing a positive outcome and then "swishing" it with a negative thought or behaviour, effectively replacing the negative with the positive.

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment, without judgment or distraction. It involves paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, and accepting them without trying to change or control them. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being​​​​
